Sure we can. It is complicated thou , becouse they use The theory of probability to make new types of bets, and using thie theory theese types are always profitalbe for them on the long run. You are right, it is just like casinos. But beeting them is possible. I just remembered one interesting story. I have a friend in Moscow.
