Are you referring the broker to Alpari? From what I understand, they have a special swap-free account for Muslims, since in some Islamic countries, interest-bearing account is against holy Islamic rules. But the thing is the swap is always there in Forex. Whenever your open positions span across the the rollover period, you have to pay the sum of the interests of your currencies you are holding and selling.
Alpari or maybe other brokers can provide the swap-free account only because they shift the swaps into upfront fees. I think there's got to be some fees, otherwise even all the non-muslims will switch to this special account. I know that some Muslims are against moving back to normal account, but you see the interest is still there even the broker tells you it is just position fee. The good thing about swaps is that they are often positive and will earn you profit!
