Dear Ravique and Forum,
this is not exactly what happened - right? Fact is that someone came in here and wrote that FXcast is a scammer! It was not a question for different quotes - it was a real statement without any prove and without any point open for discussion. A bit like an ambush.
And yes - we wrote our standpoint here. Anything wrong with it? Maybe a bit too long - ok - I regret. But we think it is important in a time when also so called NFA regulated Brokers work with things like not existing Bonds. And this is not the only thing. Check the NFA/CFTC docs for cases with regulated brokers. This is self explaining we think. In other forums we see statements that a regulation does not make a good broker. We agree. We do not citisize anybody.
Back to the 'CASE'. Please ask yourself why this guy did not write anything about this special case. He did not write that he has asked us and we had answered and he is not satisfied. In fact NOBODY has claimed with us about this.
We think it is someone who has lost his account by the 30% margin rule: Q&A section Point 3.12
And we have a lot which did not know about this simple rule each broker has. If you check our Q+A - we have really tried to bring all possible facts on ourwebsite. And in our Terms of Trading you may read a lot about the trading process. But fact is that many people are not willing to read and learn. They see Forex as a Casino and are angry when they lose due to the lack of experience and knowledge.
And we do not tell people: open a Forex account and get rich! like many people do.
We think that one of those customers was so angry about that he tries to scam us. This is unfair.
Our offer: If anybody has a problem or any case of claim with Fxcast - we can discuss this here public. Please have in mind that this guy placed his statements in 2 forums and then never came back. What would you think of this behaviour?
In no case this is anything like a cheap trick. It is just that nobody talked with us about this case. So we needed to place an official statement here.
We are open to discuss it here if there is someone willing.
Yours sincerely
Your FXcast Team.
