Economic reports (aka News) are listed in so called Economic Callendar. Those callendars can be found on the internet. One popular callendar is on
Forex Forum, Forex Calendar, Forex News @ Forex Factory. News with the biggest impact have red mark, medium impact are orange and low or no impact are yellow. For GJ watch red reports related to GBP and JPY.
You can also configure the callendar to be in sync with your time-zone by clicking on the time in callendars' header.
