There is a long running problem with the Yahoo email service in that it rarely delivers important administrative emails from FXOpen to you. This includes withdrawal confirmation emails and replies to your queries from Finance and Management.
If you are currently registered using a yahoo email address, you are strongly encouraged to change to a more reliable email system.
If you would like to change your registered email from yahoo, please email finance@fxopen.com with your ID documents attached (photo ID and proof of address for security) and specify the new email address that you would like registered to your account.
