Its very simple... People who cannot make money trading, TRY to make money through affiliate marketing and other schemes... I clear up a little more in case you did not understand... When you click to that link, it takes you to the site selling the book and in the URL there is the ID of the person who is doing the marketing, that is the one who sent/referred you to this product... Now, if you decide and purchase the book, the referrer/marketer will get a commision on the sale... this is called affiliate marketing... most who cannot trade do it that way to make some money... and many are crooks and liars... they would not hesitate a single moment to lure you to buy these stuff by providing false reviews,performance,testimonials etc just to get your hard earned money... so be advised!
