I wrote to the CEO of Metaquotes at
renat@metaquotes.ru - no bounced email and no reply. On your advice, I've again sent the same email to the CEO as well as CC'ing to
info@metaquotes.net.
A brief review of their forums site will reveal the English language is certainly not their strength. For a end-user customer support perspective, they appear rude and arrogant and often fail to answer posts. Look at the number of posts with zero replies.
I'm grateful you've chimed in in defense of MetaQuotes' support but at this stage I can't agree with you.
