I think I have answered the question I asked above in the previous post.

CLOSE LOGIC

AND MA(1)previous<MA(2)previous
AND MA(1)current>=MA(2)current
OR MA(1)previous>MA(2)previous
AND MA(1)current<=MA(2)current
