I ve had nice expperiments using brainwave generator, my favorite programs are Mental Refreshner, it is a 10 minut program, and it relaxes you at first , and then gets focused again, I use it when I get home from my studies tired in the midde of the day, I listen to it for 10 minutes and I feel calm and fresh again , just like in the morning , and I am ready again to do different stuff for the other half of the day. It is fantastic. Just imagine how many possibilities this stuff has , If it can affect different kinds of your body.
