I dont have any experience, but whenever i get an idea I make sure I have a programmer in handy, though i dont pay them directly. If they think my idea is a good one then they will accept and program it. The reward is, if it works, then there might be alot of money made just for listening and making the strategy written.

Life has his programmers and strategy finders. I'm getting into the habit of carrying a pen and paper so that when I have an idea I write it down for later use.
