As I want to advertise this, I have found a pretty good investment is to start a raffle. The raffle goes as follows: you get one ticket entrance per visitor that you bring under your ref link. After one month or so (probably around the end of April) there will be one raffle ticket drawn out and that person will win $25 (or a total of $30 if it is an item). Now here is when I need all of you guys to help me. This is for mostly people 14 and up meaning the winner might not be over 18 therefore I can't pay through paypal. Does anyone have any suggestions I could use? Maybe items for the teens and whatnot.

Thanks in advance
What technoligies are you using to build and run your website? Asking because I have done some basic things like this, and am looking into doing it more.
