Calculating time difference between two zones is quite difficult considering that DST varies from country to country and from year to year.

In summer when DST takes effect, to convert from GMT to EST, you'll need to subtract the GMT by -4 hours. In other seasons, subtract by -5 hours.

6 is 6 AM. 19 is 7 PM (19 - 12 = 7, and it's PM). 12:00 AM mid-night is 00:00, 12:00 PM noon is 12:00, 1:00 PM is 13:00...
