FxFisherman.com is acquired by EvoX Systems LLC

As of December 05, 2007, FxFisherman.com is acquired by EvoX Systems LLC, a private web/software development company based in State of Delaware, USA. They promised to continue developing free tools for FxFisherman Forex Community. Plus, they agreed not to send unsolicited emails to members and agreed to keep information of members confidential by the same Privacy Policy.

I am still an administrator of this community, so are all the moderators. EvoX Systems LLC apparently needs some guidances to administer this website, and they surprisingly certified me an ownership stake in the company, so that all the appointed moderators and I can take control of this website legally just like before. Also, I was elected as the team project leader for FxFisherman.com; therefore, my existing projects will continue to take shapes and forms normally.

I do expect some changes to the structure of this website which are to be announced later some time in year 2008. There is a possibility that FxFisherman.com is merged with another forex community currently owned by EvoX Systems LLC.

Previous legal disputes (namely with people who sent bogus DMCA notices against FxFisherman.com) will be settled, as FxFisherman.com has gained the jurisdiction in United States. If you are interested in the outcome of the lawsuits EvoX Systems LLC against the offenders, stay tuned to this thread.

Wow I've missed a lot since I last logged in here. Congrats scorpion, my company is based in Delaware too except we operate in California
