I've learned that Trendoks IMG does not take U.S. customers. GallantFX, however, takes U.S. residents as customers -- but are still not members of NFA or CFTC. Has Gallant found a loophole or is it in violation of the regulatory rules?

If you check NFA memberships, GallantFX withdrew on 3/06/09. Yet, it continues to operate.

As the title states, a forex broker not need be registered with the NFA/CFTC to operate in the USA.
