This news is from 2005! Refco blew up and went bankrupt leaving thousands of traders out in the cold. As far as I know, no real resolution has been reached regarding their bankruptcy yet.

That is why I use 4 brokers FXDD,ALPARI,GAIN and DBFX

Many traders have never come back to trade after losing their money to Refco/FXCM

Okay, I never used Refco, but with the amount of bad publicity it got, you should definitely put them into the scam section.

I will never go back to a USA based Broker while I play in Forex-the most untrustworthey bunch of crooks I have ever seen. In my opinion, Forex is a Broker paradise ONLY!
