G'day to all from Brisbane, Australia. I have traded forex now since two years, always watching Euro, Aussie and USD. It has been quite a rollercoaster ride in the end of 2008 but 2009 looks quite promising. The leading economies have reached the bottom of interest rate cuts and I'm back to pure technical analysis.
Good to see the Aussie going up again, that makes a holiday in California cheaper.

Hi all

first time on fx fisherman, so hello to all! Site looks very interesting, and as i have just started using MT4 platform looks good for custom indicators.
I have already downloaded the linear regression indicators, looks helpful for me.
Be aware the colour line in the CH_LR indicator need changing to capital letter to work!

although I have traded commodities for years, I have come to appreciate the challenge of the forex trade even more. I started trading the forex system using BB, stochs, MACD and now understand that the intricacies of the forex market are much more challenging than the grain markets. Hi to everyone,

On my surf thru the web searching for a forex community I have stumbled upon this forum. I am glad to have found it and am looking forward to learn from you all and share my experience.

I am fairly new to online trading. For the past year I have had a mini trading account. While i have not been trading on a regular basis I have been able to make some gains using no particular strategy at all, and using that same trategy I was able to make some more losses.

For the past month I have traded using boilinger bands/RSI/ and Stochastics/ using demo cash on a metatrader platform. My achievement was convincing enough for me to get into trading for profit :-) (vs. for a loss as i have traded before). So as I am continuing learning I am glad to have found like minded, helpfull people. Again, I am looking forward to get startd and participate in this community.
