Same here, Brian. I'm actually looking to write my own expert advisor to run in my Interbank account. I want to start it out real simple like if the SMA is less than the EMA and the EMA has gone down two successive bars then send me an alert. Then once I get the alert advisor working correctly, I'll rewrite to actually initiate a trade based on the previous bar's high. Or something like that. I have a lot of ideas, but not sure where to start on trying to write this code. I've reviewed the moving average expert advisor that is standard with the platform, but not sure how to create my own yet. Still looking through this site so I'm sure I'll come across some helpful info. If anyone can assist, that would be great! Thanks!!!

Hi There everyone,

Happy to have found this site, finally a place for everyone to benefit and learn. Hope to learn all that I can about meta editor, and how to make and implement new stratagies on meta trader 4 so please feel free to send me any help, because it sometimes takes longer to get the right info online, than what it takes to learn it. And I will do the same by sharing what I have.
