Multiple Monitors Madness

I'm thinking of setting up one of these monitors config. Which one do you think best for me a trader, webmaster and gamer? I'm in dilema here.

Alexander Elder suggests 3 monitors for his triple screen system. But I don't know if there's any system that requires up to 8 or 10 of those. Man, that's madness.

I'm liking number three..

But two for me has been fine, I find myself using only one 22" than using both with the 20"
