Tsunami Disaster

At least 56,000 people have been found dead after a tsunami disaster in South Asia on Sunday 26th. Many thousands more people from 11 countries were injured, homeless, and starving.

I am deeply sorry to what has happened to many nations by just a natural disaster. I fear many more people will die of fast-spreading deseases in those areas. If I had completed fxfisherman a few months ago, we would have dedicately helped those people. But it is too late... Now I can only donate little money to them via UNICEF as seen in CNN website (http://www.cnn.com/2004/WORLD/asiapc...tes/index.html).

Please help donating and spreading message if you can. If you help once, you are a hero for a life time, would it be nice? Lives of millions now are in critical situation. Those people need helps urgently. According to many experts, the deseases breakout may kill millions next few weeks.

Please forget about the dead people, think about the alive ones. They need you!

Yes, the number is rising more than 80,000 now. This is the second shocking moment in my life after Sep 11th.

Now, 14 hours later from my last post, the dead toll tops 116,000.

-Britain is donating 15 million pounds for help,

"[...]The UK government has said it would give 15 million pounds to help the victims. Besides, it has made available 20,000 tarpaulins, 4,500 cooking sets, 40,000 sleeping mats and 10 WHO health kits.[...]"


-Germany is donating 20 million euros for help


and here's the current deathtoll as of 5 minutes ago:

"The death toll from Sunday's earthquake and tsunami Thursday rose to 123,000 across 11 countries. Germany has identified 26 dead among the 1,000 German citizens still missing."

thuis number rose in less than 3 minutes, it went from 114,000 to 123,000

I do feel sorry for them. I have donated money thru the LDS church so that they will receive help.

It is shocking indeed, and i sadly think that the real numbers are larger than the oficial ones. =(
