1.2. The Deposit Credit Bonus shall be equal to 100% on any amount deposited up to USD 5,000
1.3. If the client deposit between USD 5,001 up to USD 10,000 he or she will get 50% Deposit Credit Bonus.
1.4 The client will get 30% Deposit Credit Bonus on the amount from USD 10,000 and above as follows:

2. Offer Terms

2.1. FXVV reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the operation of the Offer, or breaches the Offer Terms and/or any of FXVV’s Business Terms and Policies.
2.2. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Offer Terms will be resolved by FXVV’s management in the manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned. That decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
2.3. If any of these Offer Terms were to be translated into a language other than English, then the English version of these Offer Terms shall prevail where there is an inconsistency



3. Conditions of Eligibility

3.2. The Eligibility Criteria for the Offer are:

that the Client must elect to opt-in to take part in the Offer by expressly confirming his or her decision on the Offer landing page that is posted on the FXVV Website; FXVV reserves a right to decline a Client’s Deposit Credit Bonus application at its sole discretion, without the need to provide any justification or explaining the reasons for such a decline.
that the Deposit Credit Bonus is not available for clients registered on cash rebate programs.
that the maximum amount of all credit bonuses awarded to any particular Eligible Client at any time cannot exceed a total of USD 5,000 in one account

3.3. Participation in the Deposit Credit Bonus scheme is not allowed for persons under the age of 18 or otherwise under legal age in their country of residence ("minors"). If you are a minor, you may not participate in the Deposit Credit Bonus scheme.



4. The Offer

4.1. Deposit Credit Bonuses will be credited to Eligible Clients’ live Started, Standard or Professional Account(s) automatically after a qualifying deposit is made with FXVV. This bonus will help increase the clients trading volume but cannot be used to cover margin

4.2. Deposit Credit Bonuses may be used for trading purposes only and cannot be withdrawn, unless a specified number of lots are completed based on specific calculation as shown in the example below:-Deposit Bonus Receive Complete Lot

4.3. Profits from trading on live Started, Standard or Professional Account(s) with FXVV may be withdrawn anytime.
4.4. Partial withdrawal of funds from an Eligible Clients’ live Started, Standard or Professional Account(s) with FXVV will result in partial removal of the Deposit credit Bonus by the same amount of the initial funds withdrawn.
4.5. In the event that the amount of an Eligible Client’s own funds in his live Started, Standard or Professional Account(s) with FXVV, becomes 10% or less than the value of the deposit, then all previously awarded Deposit Bonuses will be cancelled and will be withdrawn from the respective Eligible Client’s live Started, Standard or Professional Account with FXVV. This is explained and calculated in the following example:-

= When the balance is equal to $500, with Bonus of $1000, then equity will equal to $1500. If floating is equal to -$450 then:-
$500(balance) minus $450(floating) will equal to $50
And since 10% of the balance ($500) is equal to ($50), then the Deposit Credit Bonus will be cancelled automatically when the amount is equal to or less than $50


4.6. The step out for the 100% Deposit Bonus promotion is not calculated based on FXVV’s normal step out, as it is calculated based on the calculation mentioned in the above example.
4.7. Internal funds transferred between trading Accounts with FXVV are not considered as a new deposit and, therefore, do not qualify for the awarding of a Deposit Credit Bonus.
4.8. Deposit Credit Bonuses cannot be transferred between, or from Eligible Clients’ trading Accounts with FXVV.
4.9. Any indication of fraud, manipulation, cash-back arbitrage, or other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity in an Eligible Client’s live Started, Standard or Professional Account with FXVV or otherwise related or connected to a Deposit Credit Bonus will nullify all of the Eligible Client’s previously awarded Deposit Bonuses, as well as the Eligible Client’s live Started, Standard or Professional Accounts with FXVV and any and all transactions carried and/or profits or losses garnered therein.
4.10. Partners commissions are $0.40/lot for the Deposit Credit Bonus funds.
4.11. This Offer will remain in effect for as long as FXVV deems fit to provide it, based on the Offer Terms outlined herein. FXVV reserves the right to modify or cancel this Offer at its sole discretion at any time.


5. Risk Warning

5.1. It is important the Eligible Clients are aware that their risks are not limited to their deposit(s) and that by making a qualifying trade it is possible to lose more than the deposit. In some circumstances, losses may be considerably more than any initial or minimum deposit.
5.2. The Deposit Credit Bonus will increase your trading volume, however, it also can increase you risk for losses.


6. Date

6.1.
