It uses stop loss feature but not the traditional Stop Loss. The EA has its own way to calculate the SL and its always activated. When it senses the trade going bad, the SL feature comes in. Most of the time, the SL is hidden from the broker till the last minute.

Bluto, correct me if am mistaken...

jgerousis,

Your statement about stoplosses is not true. The earlier public domain version 1.x of Super RSI used two types of trailing stops; a traditional trailing stop with a user entered stop value, and the more popular "hidden" parabolic stop which would trail the order inside the EA and then when necessary, update the order...this was intended to keep brokers from stop hunting.

In the new Super RSI Deluxe 2.05, there are a multitude of new stop/exit mechanisms including:

1. A very robust volativity stop similar to a Chandelier stop that shadows an open order very tightly.

2. There is a Global Equity Closure option that allows the EA to close all open orders once a target equity % or value gain is reached, or when a target equity % or value loss is reached.

3. There is a momentum loss exit feature that closes orders when a loss of momentum is detected for the particular trade direction.

4. The EA uses advanced Adaptive Moving Average digital filters to determine precise entry and exit points for orders.

5. There is a "SafeProfit" exit feature to protect the initial base order when smaller incremental scale-in lots are activated and the market moves against you.

Bossxero,

You're referring to the earlier SRSI 1.x public domain version...the one with the hidden parabolic stop mechanism. Things have changed drastically with Super RSI Deluxe 2.x

Thanks Bluto

You cleared up things, well my point was just, there is indeed stop loss feature in the EA, unlike what jgerousis claimed

I'm sorry Osama, but it is what it is. The $100 is a very small token in exchange for an extremely powerful EA, membership to my site where you have access to many seasoned traders, and additional EA's as they are released. I don't know of a better deal than that anywhere on the web.
Also, the $100 donation goes to a good charity and in a lot of ways, the donation concept is a way of filtering out those that want to participate and those that just want something for free.

My policy of distributing a compiled EA only (.ex4) is nothing unusual...look around at the many vendors who sell EA's for a living. It's a way for me to keep quality control over the source code. I'm not planning to die anytime soon, so you won't have to worry about that. Lastly, in all likelihood, you'd most likely get your $100 (and more) back immediately with the first trade placed by the Super RSI Deluxe EA. If this doesn't appeal to you, then perhaps my group is not for you....there are many other EA's out there that you can pursue and purchase.
