Look thats fair enough but, if you dont give them the real one some n00b is gonna be giving them the wrong losing one or even selling it to them and ripping them off.
Youd be better off to give out the real updated ones to as much people as you can to not create a market for this.

Also scorpion, the Richard Henry thing was a little different maybe, as the name conquest expert advisor the name of it was actually copyrighted under USA law.

No, conquest expert advisor is not a trademark. Even it is, we didn't stick the stupid name to our product. IMO it's legal to talk or write any trademark we want to. And we didn't upload any conquest file in forum. Evil Richard just went ballistic talking about his scam.

If bluto doesn't want his file to be shared, let's honor his request. After all, it is his file.

Yeh but you cant just draw a picture and put it on the net and say copyright me?It doesnt work that way its not legally copyrighted its just saying hey thats mine you cant have it that doesnt hold up in court.
Also this SuperRSI has been shared already and sent out in million of emails from the MT4 yahoo group which anyone can join so I dont know what the big deal is.If you wanna keep it private you most definately DONT send it out in a public email group.
Secondly, it dont work once again like the first version posted on here it opens one order then closes it and does nothing else.Unless you got settings etc to use with it then its no good anyway.
Ive got it on 6 pairs its doing nothing so I dunno.

The place of origin where this EA was shared is irrelevent and of no consequence to you. The fact is, I made several repeated requests on the site where it was shared to keep it contained to that site. I suppose it's ludicrous in this day and time to expect everyone in a group of anonymous people to respect such a wish...that's my cross to bear...live and learn. I was merely trying to help some folks out but I've learned a lesson that greed always prevails with these types of things. I'm finished with sharing. No more.

Incidentally, your statements about the EA not working are simply wrong. You apparently don't understand how the EA works but then that would be an expected outcome of it being posted here without a shred of supporting instruction or hosting by the original author....a disservice to the forum members here. In any event, I can assure you that many people are finding it to be quite profitable. I use it in my own trading.

I am also a memeber of this forum and want to thank you for your kind heart, your work is much appreciated however a few always want to ruin for the many, perhaps out of jealosy or just plain stupidity. I hope you develop your own private site and share ideas with us.

I am just amazed about the outcome from this thread. In regards to Bluto post, I would like to re-affirm that I never took a single credit of ur much appreciated work at any time. Your over-reaction seems quite weird. And which greed are you talking about? Could you be more clear? Where is the greed? and about what? I know greedy people like to keep things for themselves but I did not do that. I found a wonderful piece of code made by a great coder, I shared it without knowing that you made these kind of request. Again am saying, If i had known, I would have done this.

I always visit forexmt4 and got that from there, I backtested and results were good, this is why I postede it here. I just dont understand whats going on. And my thanks to Goldstock, I think you know for what...

I simply said that Bluto did not want it posted outside his orginal post, not once but twice.
And if in fact you got it from the Meta forum you should have seen that he requested that it stay within that group.
You should be commended for wanting to share something you found that was good, but you should also have done your due dilligence and respected the mans wishes
