Ok...I just answered my own question. I found the setting back on posts 281-282 in case anyone else missed them as well.

Hello members!

I am announcing the newest release version 2.61 which is attached to this e-mail. This is our flagship release that is the result of many months of hard work leading up to a more stable and robust Forex robot with numerous features and the first time use of global variables.

This release is going to solve many previous issues that dealt with:

1. Power disconnects

2. Manually closing down MetaTrader platform

3. Broker disconnects

4. Changing platform timeframes and anything else that caused the robot to run an "INIT" function that disrupts the ability for data to be stored within the robot

There were 16 functions within the robot's code that were potentially affected by the above and now are fixed because of the use of global variables that save this crucial data that the robot is producing and/or monitoring and storing it on your computers hard drive to be retrieved later if needed. This is a major improvement!

The robot comes defaulted to work almost identical to version 2.51 set up with the 1.set file that you come to know. I'm attaching a screenshot of the only inputs which it needs to be changed from zero (default) to one to activate the newest feature of this version to switch set files internally (from #1 to #2) to handle ranging markets differently.

Starting December 1st I'll be running two computers using the robot with and without the new feature to see how well it performs using the same data of course. I ask that everybody use version 2.61 on a demo account to make sure you understand how it works and why and to make sure there are no bugs. If after a period of two weeks there are no major issues to be corrected I will make an announcement to send me your live account numbers so I can send this version back to you to run live.

In the mean time if you want to trade live now please ask me by e-mail for version 2.51 defaulted to trade like the 1.set file I gave out separately on the older version. In two weeks I like to only have version 2.61 running on everybody's computer.

A couple of reminders:

1. There are approximately 30++ e-mails that are returned back to me because of issues with your Internet provider. Keep in mind that if you do not receive an answer to your e-mail is only because of a communication issue. I replied every e-mail I get even if that means staying up till midnight. Please look carefully at your spam filter and anything else that rejects attachments since that is an issue as well. Many of you are complaining that you're not receiving attachments. Providers like AOL and Google sometimes delete suspicious attachments.

2. Don't forget to go to my website and click on my LINK page to sign up for your live account with FXDD or FXLQ through "Traders Choice FX" if you want to receive monthly rebate checks based on your trading activity. I recommend FXDD since they offer a 3% sign-up bonus and they are more responsive in terms of customer support.

3. Like with any new release you need to close down your old trading account and start over with the newest version. If you have a live account I would find the opportune time to close all open positions and start fresh with version 2.61 after we are trading this version live. For now replace any older EA version with this new one. Go to C:\Program Files\MetaTrader 4\experts folder to replace the older version with v2.61.

4. In case you were not aware "No1Viking" has graciously designed our own Forex forum for us to be able to post questions and answers as well as a live chat room for us to be able to network and discuss anything you would like that can help all of us achieve the best results from Forex Robot Trader software. First off Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Just to re-cap a lot of what has transpired during 2007.

1. March 2007 started the programming of the "Steinitz HAS MTF EA"

2. Contributions were pouring in to help offset the programming costs that was ongoing and uninterrupted ever since. Started with version 1.0 and we are now on version 2.65.

3. Starting August 2007 our most stable version was released and forward trading results have been posted on my website: Forex Robot Trader

4. August through November has averaged 1044 pips per month (results on website).

5. December 2007 results (excellent by the way) will be posted shortly after the month is closed out. This was an important trading month since we came out with a new version v2.64+ that switches over automatically when the daily timeframe is out of sync with the upper timeframes. Good for consolidating markets.

.01 lots per pair with 10 pairs maximum on a micro accounts


Should i ON this EA non-stop?
Yes it should be left on during market hours but you can turn it off on weekends


What's the BEST settings should i put on the EA?
The default settings that I gave you


What profit percentage i might gain each month (average)?
We are seeing over 1200 pips per month

50% of equity lost within a matter of weeks, and of course its the only true independent verification of the actual performance of this EA that you'll ever see.

Its high time Steintz provided an investor password for his clients to verify the performance of his product. He's an IB for an MT based broker, he trades both live and demo accounts, and yet ask for an investor password and you'll be refused. Ask yourself why that might be

Ask why he cant provide a statement that contains more than a months worth of trades. Its obvious, any fool can do what he's doing. Get an EA, any EA and set 20 versions of it running, at the end of the month, find the one with the best results and retrospectively publish them. Thats all this clown does.

Look at any of the statements out in the public domain provided by people who actually spent time testing. There isn't a single independent test that is successful. There's a whole bunch of blown accounts, now why is that ?
