Don's EA has been proven by independant verification to be useless. There's no point arguing about that, its just a fact that he's clueless. A random entry and exit leaves Don's product trailing in the dust.

You talk about people's expectations. I agree that the forums are awash with people who are completely ignorant, and with unrealistic expectatons, but ask yourself, who's responsible for setting those expectations. A couple of posts before yours is a blatent ad by Don Steintz, publishing alledged performance figures from his EA that he cannot and will not substaniate.

You talk about longer term performance, ask Don Steintz to provide a 20 year backtest on a single currency, and then listen to the pathetic excuses regarding lack of data etc from an alledgedly professional system designer.

You cant defend the indefensible. I note the forums admin has asked for verification of Don's results, I assume he's still waiting, why do you think this is ?

The best proof of any system/expert advisor is the proof of usage on live real money accounts by the vendor himself

unless the vendor is looking for guinea pigs for live accounts

this ea does not work I traded it for about a month and the draw down is so freaking ridiculous it's not funny. For every trade it closes out dollar wise the draw down is twice as much

Funny thing is Steinitz kept posting about 10 times a day on forex-tsd , and admin would delete any threads and posts when people complained.
