Bi-hourly sessions runs from 3:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. EST (08:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. GMT) and are supplemented by the periodic analyses of scheduled economic reports a half hour prior to their anticipated release. Under normal circumstances, enrollments processed between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. EST result in next market day access.
