I see They are cutting rates to heat-up the economy. If you think of the interest rate as of a heating/cooling know, then by cutting the interest rates you are trying to heat-up the economy that has cooled down (slowed down due to some events in the country or the world or both).
By rising the interest rates you are cooling an overheated economy.

So by cutting the rates of USD, the FED is trying to divert from recession which is about to happen due to the mortgage crisis.

Any USD crisis will affect economies in the world. Partly because many countries have invested into US and partly because the US dollar is a reserve currency of the world. So you can imagine, what could happen

The bumping game, you know? Like trying to get the thread on the top list. But it's not what's going here right now. Right now the EURUSD is going to test the 1.5000 mark. And nobody knows what will happen if it goes beyond.

btw: My planned trades on E/U have earned total 185pips today (closed before US session). Now the E/U tested last high from 2007/11 and seems to have enough momentum to test the 1.5000 mark. Im staying aside.
