It is my understand the new style of Mr. Soros's Quantum Fund is there are a many managers, and each one is given a weightings in the group as from their past performance’s .

Each trade is first filtered thru this vote system, whereas the idea is presented and each manager votes, the votes are changed to reflect the weightings and waaaa laaaa the answer is there.

I would like to start a group like that, we would set up a demo account, plus each of us could trade for our own accounts and see how it goes.
