Triangle trading

I find triangle chart patterns are excellent trade set-ups. When the price breaks the upper or lower trendlines, often the price action will breakout and follow through. These continuation patterns are invaluable to my trading. However,i found I don't know where these key trendlines are before the trading day, and I forget to check the monthly, weekly and daily charts.
