so this is the gross profit... how about net?

20% of the account growth is retained as a performance fee.

so 20% of the gross you mean.. for example if you have a $10,000 account and theres a 30% increase the owner of the account gets $3,000 - $600 so a net of $2,400?

What if the end of the month you have a negative balance? you lost 1,000? do you give us 200? :-D
