Looking for hard core fx traders with the following profile: -

- Aged between 26 to 35.
- Good exposure to technicals(Important) & Fundamentals.
- Exposure to web based Fx spot trading platforms.
- Must neccessarily have traded Fx before in Corporate treasuries, banks or in margin accounts.
- Possess mature trader's attitude.
- Good money management skills.
- Willing to relocate outside India.

Remuneration - Fixed + % of profits as variable.

Recruitment process - After an informal interview, candidate will be introduced to the broking platform and will be asked to trade with a real $10,000 margin account with 100 times leverage for a month or less. The candidate's trading style, money management and profits will be watched by seasoned traders sitting in London before giving an offer to join us.

The margin size can easily run into millions based on our confidence on the trader's style."
