Can anyone help me with a Email Alert for Stochastics

Hi

I would like to setup a Indicator or should I call it an expert? to actully moniter Stochastics

Email should be sent when 4 conditions are met:

1) 4hrs Stochastics 5 3 3 have gone over 80 and is now turning down and has just breach the 80 level downwards from above 80

2) 1hr, 30mins, 15mins Stochastics 5 3 3 is pointing down

For the other side, vice versa. Just go below 20 and turning up passing 20.

Can anything do that as I want it to drop me an email once these conditions are met.
