Another indicator question

I have an indicator that shows up in the 1 hour and 4 hour, but not in any others, even thow the show-in-all-times box is checked when I run it. Any ideas as to what could cause that?

Here's an example - the code is pretty straightforward to check for a fractal or a divergent bar, related things, and just now it would display on everything except a 5 min. I'm mystified as to why it won't.
