moving average with pull back of prices

hello everyone, I am new to the forum and enjoying what I am reading.

I was wondering whether anyone can help with this ( I cannot program to save my life and hence the request)

on 60 min chart
to write the code when the 20 period moving average crosses the 50 period moving average and thereafter wait for a pullback ( ie when RSI or another momentum indicator falls below 50 ( or some user definable level)and then buys when it breaks the previous high or alternativley when prices moves above the high of two periods prior)

the stop loss could be the recent low before prices started moving up.

what would be even grater assistance is all the above and also on the 4 hour chart, macd is above signal line and the signal line is rising ie greater than the previous period line.

unfortunately not being a programmer I do not know how difficult the above is to program but any help would be much appreciated.
