I am using the Hull Moving average EA, and does my broker's program need to be on for it to work?

If it does not, does my computer need to be on for it to work?

To use any EA, your computer and Metatrader platform need to be running 24/24 ... if you cannot run you own pc like this, then you can use a VPS service and it will run i for you... but the price is usually quite high.
