Then post it in the programming skills for sale section but do it nicely.
Post "I have paid kalenzo this money and he hasn't completed the job and wont respond to emails so if you see this kalenzo can you please explain why you wont finish what I paid you to do".
Post something like that be professional and see what he does.
It will lose him business if he doesn't do it properly.
If you don't post anything nasty etc they cant ban you for just asking a question.
I had the same problem with Ryan Klefas although with him you don't pay upfront so it was ok.
He basically couldn't make what I was asking him, and after I said hey listen it isnt doing what I said he just stopped replying.
He isn't experienced enough programmer he works from a template which anyone can setup.
The best one is Michal Rutka but he isn't cheap and that is just why he isn't because hes a professional not a hobbyist.
If he cant make it work then its not ever going to work.
What happened to the expiring break out EA you were going to send me to test?
Is this what you paid kalenzo to do put an expiry?
You don't need pay someone to do that even myself not a coder can put expiry its fairly easy if you want send me it and ill give you an expired one.
Also you can have them with a dll file they only work with that file.
And if someone try to decompile they will get something and think its ok but, in 1 week it might open 3000 orders suddenly, its a booby trap for decompilers hidden code that will kill an account with a pirated EA.

The programmer called Kalenzo operates from Forex-TSD .My experience with his service was poor delivery times ,ineffective programming work and poor after sales service.

He did not offer any refund for his poor work.I found him unreliable.

The basic stuff like autolot seems a difficult job for many programmers.

Notice how autolot reverts to 0.1 lots.Is this a bug or some crappy coding?
