Default exp decompilation

Becouse of all my experience with programming is drawing lines in qbasic , i would like to ask this question.
As i understand an *.exp file is a compilled *.mql file?
Is it possible to decompilate ( i dont know how to use this word right in english ) it back? Or at least try to get the code somehow? Or atleast a part of the code ?
