I am guessing the arrows come up ,the MACD is changing direction.Is there a indicator for MACD trigger level?If the MACD rises above a certain level ...show arrow and if it falls show arrow?

these arrows are surely one of the repainting indicators like the silvertrend..

Useless in real trading.

This is fisher transform, and it's repainting the previous 3 bars. If you were to trade this, the latest signal you can get is 3 bars into the future from the change in color.
